. . . The next regular meeting of the Town Council will take place on Tuesday, MARCH 16th @ 6PM . . .

William H. Albury, III Council Chambers
WILLIAM H. ALBURY, III COUNCIL CHAMBERS

Our Town Council consists of a five-member board elected to "at large" seats by the community
and Town Council members serve staggered three-year terms, with no term limits.
Municipal elections are generally held the 2nd Tuesday of March each year.

Our Town Council is responsible for formulating policies, enacting or repealing ordinances,
setting tax rates, approving the annual budget and appointing board members to the
Board of Adjustment as well as appointing and/or contracting a "Special Magistrate"
for Code Enforcement violation hearings.

Town Council Meetings are generally held at our Town Hall every 1st and 3rd Tuesday
of each month, beginning @ 6:00 PM.

Individual Town Council members are available for "one-on-one" meetings and/or
visits with the general public by appointment, and/or walk-in (if available and on-site).
To schedule a meeting with any of our Town Council members, contact the Town
Administration office at (561) 848-1235.

Once an appointment date and time has been scheduled and confirmed, visitors will be
received at the Mangonia Park Municipal Center in the Town Council office, Suite #102.

Town Council members also serve as the Planning & Zoning Board for our town.
"Special Exceptions" and "Development Applications" are reviewed and voted upon.
Meetings of this board only take place when applications are filed with our Town Administration
personnel and are held fifteen (15) minutes prior to a regularly scheduled Town Council Meeting.

However, those individuals having business before the Town Council and/or
Planning & Zoning Board are encouraged to verify the date and time of any meeting scheduled
by calling our Town Administration Office @ 561.848.1235, Monday thru Friday, 8AM-4PM
.
