Mangonia Park's residential communities are located in seven (7) separate sections of our town, that consists of single family home sub-divisions, condominiums and an apartment complex. The following is a list of these areas and the section of our town where they're located:
Single family homes can be found in "Bryn Mahr" (southwest section), "Oxford Estates" (southwest section; northwest corridor of Bryn Mahr Residential Homes), "Roebucks" sub-division (east section), Old "Mangonia Park" sub-division (central section), and "Mangonia Hills" (north section). "Tiffany Lake" is comprised of 2-bedroom condominium homes (southwest section), while "Hampton Court" (south central section) offers apartments with both 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom floor plans.
