The Planning & Zoning Board for the Town of Mangonia Park consists of our five-member Town Council.
"Special Exceptions" and "Development Applications" are reviewed and voted upon. Meetings
of this board only take place when applications are filed with our Town Administration personnel
and are usually held fifteen (15) minutes prior to a regularly scheduled Town Council Meeting.
However, those individuals having business before the Town Council and/or
Planning & Zoning Board are encouraged to verify the date and time of any meeting scheduled
by calling our Town Administration Office @ 561.848.1235,
Monday thru Friday, 8AM-4PM.
