Roughly 70% of the Town of Mangonia Park is made up of commercial retail stores, offices and
industrial businesses. In addition to the the commercial office and retail business district along both
45th Street and Australian Avenue, there are five (5) industrial and/or business parks in our town:
"CENTRAL PARK of COMMERCE & MEDICINE", "MANGONIA BUSINESS PARK",
"AUSTRALIAN BUSINESS PARK", "53rd STREET INDUSTRIAL AREA",
and the "HILL AVENUE INDUSTRIAL AREA".

A sixth park of commerce and industry is being planned by FRI Investors, Inc. to be completed
sometime in 2009 at the site of 45th Street and North Shore Drive (
formerly Palm Beach
Jai-Alai Fronton
) that will feature "flex" warehouse, commercial office and/or retail space,
as well as a new parking area for the Mangonia Park Tri-Rail Station.

In 2006, The Town of Mangonia Park signed an inter-local agreement with other
 government
entities that included Palm Beach County, the City of Palm Beach Gardens, the Town of Jupiter,
the Town of Lake Park and the City of Riviera Beach to create a Bioscience Land Protection
Advisory Board
and provide for consideration of local comprehensive plan amendments to
establish and protect bioscience research protection overlays. To review and download
a copy of this inter-local agreement, click onto the document image below on this page.

Mangonia Park is home to some very prominent businesses in the South Florida
area that are known both nationally and worldwide. The local CBS affiliate of the
"Palm Beaches and Treasure Coast", WPEC Channel-12, with it's popular slogan:
"the 1 to turn 2", is located here. The corporate office headquarters of "
Kauff's Towing &
Transportation Systems
", the largest business of it's kind on the entire East Coast
of Florida, is located in our town as well. "Ande Monofilament", one of the most
respected and popular manufacturers of commercial and retail monofilament fishing line
in the world, makes it's home here also. Ande Monofilament currently
holds over 1,300 International Game Fish Association (IGFA) World Records.

Listed below are other businesses in our town that may be of service to our
citizens and visitors alike.
