NOTICE:
ALL PROPERTY OWNERS
ADJACENT TO HILL AVENUE
As you may be aware, for the past several years the Town of Mangonia Park has been working toward performing drainage improvements on Hill Avenue between Australian Avenue and 53rd Street, and on a portion of Columbia Circle. this notice is to inform you that the project plans have been prepared and that the Town is now ready to commence permitting and construction. The result of this project will be improved stormwater drainage in the Hill Avenue area. We are asking for your assistance and cooperation with this project. In order to construct the drainage improvements, the Town’s contractor will be required to enter onto the 15-20 feet of your property adjacent to the Hill Avenue right of way, and will also be required to temporarily remove the portion of your accessway/driveway that is located in and adjacent to the Town’s right of way. Essentially, this will include the 10-15 feet of accessway/driveway adjacent to the edge of the roadway.
